At MarMar Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
